One of the best thing about the Path of Exile game is that you have a lot of customizability and it’s a ton of fun to play. On the other hand, there will be challenges as you play, since sometimes it can be hard to identify your next step.

Understand how to pick the best gear and handle orbs

Picking the best gear

If you want to pick a good quiver, you need to focus on physical damage and critical resistance, the higher the values you have here, the better it will be. Weapons in general need to have a good spell or physical damage, the attack speed should also be very high.

When it comes to belts, these need to provide life and elemental resistance, Gloves need to bring in front a good attack speed, life and elemental resistance.

Helmets should be focused on armor and evasion, life boost and elemental resistance. Boots for example should have a very good move speed and elemental resistance. Lastly, you should consider using shields and armors that have life boost, elemental resistance and a good armor/evasion rating.

This quick guide should help you have no problem when you choose the right gear. Remember that the process can be time consuming here, so do no rush, instead try to take your time and make sure that you receive the very best value!

What does each one of the Path of Exile orbs do?

There are multiple Path of Exile orbs in the game and each one is helpful. The orb of alteration will change the Blue properties, Orb of Chaos will change the Yellow properties. The Orb of Transmutation will change the properties of a white to blue, the Orb of Chance will shift properties from a white to a yellow/blue. Then you have the Orb of Alchemy that does the same, only it works solely with a yellow.

Lastly you have the orb of fusing that will link sockets to one another and the jeweler orb that will change the sockets together. The overall value is simple, you have the orb of chaos which is the regular count unit.

How to buy weapons?

If you do buy a weapon, pay around 1 chaos orb for it. Remember that you should avoid spending orbs as a beginner. It will be a bad idea and the return on investment will not be good at all. You want to avoid something like that. Instead, You need to focus on playing as you will get yellows soon.

What should you do with the Path of Exile currency?

If you have to stash the Path of Exile orbs, do that. There are items that will require multiple orbs and getting these is not easy. That’s why you should be ok with playing often and getting the Path of Exile currency you need. It can be a delightful experience and results will pay off.

When you play Path of Exile, you will see that these great tips can help you get started. Check them out now and you will be impressed with the results!

Earthquake vs Ice crash is a tricky subject

my build has tinny amount of attack speed, mostly just from gem. Any attack speed from the tree gives a lot of dps for me, but like i said, it kills fps and it feels bad running at low fps.
